Customer (Not Relevant: The OpenXcell QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different customer. So “CUSTOMER” factor is not considered for project selection.)
Size (Not Relevant: The OpenXcell QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. So “SIZE” factor is not considered for project selection.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: App and Game Development Projects of OpenXcell are undergoing appraisal which enables delivery using iOS, Android, PHP, PhoneGap, WordPress, and Unity 3D technologies. However, QMS processes are same for these technologies. So ‘ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE’ factor is not considered for the project selection. Type of Work: OpenXcell executes ‘App Development’ and ‘Game Development’ type of projects. Both types of projects follow the Waterfall Life Cycle for development and same set of OpenXcell QMS processes. Since these are different type of work hence “TYPE OF WORK’ is considered for project selection. |
