Customer: Development work is done in two ways. One is building a system for a specific Bank the other is developing a product or system that will then be sold potentially to various Bank.
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are developed are similar size that is between 30 – 50 KLOC and therefore does not infuence process election.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All software are development by the Development Department and this therefore does not influence process selection.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects follow the water fall development life cycle model.) |
