Location (Not Relevant: The scope of appraisal is only Indore location. No other location is considered. InfoBeans QMS processes are established at organizational level for Indore Location, so “LOCATION” factor is not considered for project selection.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The InfoBeans QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different customer. So “CUSTOMER” factor is not considered for project selection.)
Size (Not Relevant: The InfoBeans QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. So “SIZE” factor is not considered for project selection. Projects which are client managed are not in the scope of appraisal.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Development and Enhancement Projects of InfoBeans is undergoing appraisal. These projects works on various technologies i.e .NET, iOS, Android, PHP, Java, MVC 4.0, SQL Server, Fusion Charts etc. However, QMS processes are same for all technologies. So ‘ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE’ factor is not considered for the project selection. Following functions / activities are carried out at organizational Level. 1. Software Engineering Process Group 2. Software Quality Assurance 3. Training)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Development and Enhancement projects are considered in scope of appraisal. Same sets of processes are followed for Development and Enhancement type of work. So ‘TYPE OF WORK’ factor is not considered for project selection.)
Life Cycle: Waterfall and Agile life cycle are followed in InfoBeans for Development and Enhancement projects. QMS processes are different for Waterfall and Agile projects. So ‘LIFE CYCLE’ factor is considered for project selection. |
