Location: Infrasoft project delivery used to be primarily from Mumbai during the last appraisal. In addition to Mumbai, Infrasoft ESSG now operates from a new facility in Pune. Pune center has aligned the processes over the last two years. Sponsor would like to cover both the facilities : Mumbai as well Pune.
Customer (Not Relevant: The projects follow same base QMS (EVOQ) using tailoring guidelines for the customers. Similar kind of work is performed for the various customers. Based on discussion with management, it was considered as not relevant from sampling perspective.)
Size (Not Relevant: There is no major difference the way projects operates due to size. Same base QMS (EVoQ) followed as applicable. Hence considered as not relevant from sampling perspective.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects in ESSG report to same delivery head. Hence considered as not relevant from sampling perspective.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The projects are involved in software development lifecycle activities. No other type of work such as system integration or IT help desk functions are present in the OU. Hence type of work is not considered as relevant factor from sampling perspective.) |
