Location (Not Relevant: Organization unit is operational from one location at Chennai, India only and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Organization unit serves Commercial customers in India and hence considered to be not relevant for sampling.)
Size: Size the basic units are either small (less than 25 person days) and medium (over 25 person days) sized in the organizational unit remains the same and hence considered to be relevant for sampling.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational structure across all the basic units in the organizational unit remains the same and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)
Type of Work: Software development life cycle (New Development) and technology (MySQL/SQL/PHP, Java, Jquery, .Net & VB) basic units are same across basic units, but developed in the different domains (Supply Chain, Talent Management), hence considered relevant for sampling. |
