Location: Dextra has three locations where software development is performed: Monterrey, Guadalajara and Aguascalientes
Customer (Not Relevant: The organization has been make efforts by use standardized processes and application life cycle tools for all its clients due that they has a high level of technical expertise and years of experience in the type of projects that the organization execute (Devices (Embedded Software) and Web Development), Reason why they are hired by customers in order to take advantage of this level of expertise and tools.)
Size (Not Relevant: Almost all projects are Medium or Small requirements and maintenances)
Organizational Structure: Dextra operations area is divided into 3 different units: Web Management, Devices Management, and Aguascalientes Management, Each area has its own Delivery Manager
