Subgroups:	SDP – Tradl: Projects under this subgroup follow traditional lifecycles like waterfall lifecycle model. Phases include Requirements Gathering and Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration, Testing & Deployment. 10 People, 2 Basic Units – Tradl SDP – Agile: Projects under this subgroup follow agile life cycle models. Steps involved in this lifecycle are Product Backlog Grooming with Client, Sprint Planning, Internal Scrum Meeting (committing user stories to sprint backlog and adding tasks to user stories), Sprint Review Meeting (demo of completed user stories to client), and Sprint Retrospective (documenting what went right & what could be improved). 9 People, 1 Basic Units – Agile SDP – SAP: Projects under this subgroup follow SAP related life cycle models such as ASAP. It includes phases such as Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go Live support. ASAP provides a proven, repeatable implementation methodology to streamline projects and achieve lower total cost of implementation (TCI).
