Advance solutions services (Type of Work): Advance solutions services include managing large, complex technology intensive development services. This includes BPI –Business Process Integration, Content Management, Portal and Digital Security related developments.
Non Agile Development (Lifecycle Model): Non agile development involves all SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, iterative, incremental, lean development, JAD, RUP except Agile . This covers phases such as requirements, design, coding testing and implementation
Agile Development (Lifecycle Model): Agile development involve Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM,FDD, XD etc..
Application Maintenance (Lifecycle Model): This involves bug fix and minor and major enhancements as part of support services. The lifecycle includes Knowledge transition, shadow support and steady state. The nature of work involves, requirement understanding, impact analysis, implementation and testing.
Testing (Lifecycle Model): This lifecycle involves complete STLC covering Test requirement, test strategy and planning, test design ( test case/scenario preparation) , test execution and defect reporting activities.
Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence application development (Lifecycle Model): The lifecycle involves requirements, design, coding testing and implementation for the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies such as ETL ( Informatics, Data Stage etc) and reporting ( Cognos, BO etc)
