Location (Not Relevant: Location has no impact on process implementation because none of the processes are location-specific. Standard SAP ERP methodology is followed.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the customers are for SAP ERP Implementation and similar processes are applied. Standard SAR ERP methodology is followed.)
Size (Not Relevant: SAP process is having process units Project Preparation (PP), Business Blueprinting (BB), Functional Development (FD), Final Preparation (FP) and Go-Live (GL), etc. These process units are capable of getting tailored based on project requirements without impacting the Standard SAP methodology. Hence the Size has no impact on process implementation.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are under the same structure (Organizational Unit) called (IT Professional Services). Within the projects, as well, the structure is similar containing program manager, project manager / project lead, team-members, etc.)
Type of Work: Two types of Development activity are carried out: (1) SAP Full Life Cycle Development & Implementation (2) SAP Maintenance. Wherever required, standard processes are tailored to prepare the project defined process. |
