| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: The project development is performed on different French sites. The different sites will be involved, whilst there is no impact on the process. The same Quality Management System (QMS), named Chorus 2.0, is used by all.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The customer can be the Government or administration agency, French MoD or a foreign MoD. However, the way of managing a project is the same.)
Size: This characterisation is used for the process tailoring. 3 values are considered : CP (Critical project), A2 (large) and A1 (Medium). A0 project are excluded from the appraisal.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The projects are in different divisions under the same TCS domain. The specificities of the division application domain do not impact the tailoring of practices. However, all of them will be involved in the assessment to ensure consistency across the organisation.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The divisions develop or enhance systems or equipment for critical customer operations and security. The complexity of the work to be done is also taken into consideration by the factor size. Projects of the different divisions or involving several divisions are selected to verify process consistency) |
| Sampling Factor Values: |

A2 (Size): Large projects – the contract value is more important (> 30 M€ and < 150=”” m€)=”” ,=”” the=”” complexity=”” and=”” the=”” risks=”” are=””>
CP (Size): Critical projects – the contract value is more important (> 150 M€) , The complexity is high and the risks are critical |
