Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same organization structure of PM, Arch, BA, Developers)
Type of Work: Projects are differentiated on the basis of Type of Work. Two different types of work are recognized. These are ‘Waterfall’ and ‘Iterative’. |
