Size (Not Relevant: Organization does not differentiate processes to be followed based on project size differences. Projects of all sizes are required to follow same processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same organization structure of PM, BA, Dev and Test resources.)
Type of Work: Projects are differentiated on the basis of Type of Work. Two different types of work are recognized. These are ‘Agile Projects’ and ‘Iterative Development’. |
