Large (Size): If a project execution duration is equal to or more than one year, then a project is classified as Large Project
Medium (Size): If a project execution duration equal to or more than 6 months but less than one year, then a project is classified as Medium Project
Small (Size): If a project execution duration equal to or more than 3 months but less than 6 months, then a project is classified as Small Project. |
