Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are software development companies. All projects for any customers follow the same OSSP. It does not introduce any differences of process implementation. So Customer is not a relevant sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: All projects have similar size. It does not introduce any differences of process implementation. So Size is not a relevant sampling factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: This OU has 6 groups breakdown according to customers they serve. They are required to follow the same OSSP for each customer. So Organizational Structure is not a relevant sampling factor.) Type of Work: There are 2 types of projects, New Feature Development and Maintenance, which introduce some difference of process implementation in the areas of project management and engineering. So Type of Work is chosen as a relevant sampling factor.
