Size (Not Relevant: There are two aspects. First the project team sizes are within a reasonable range. In addition, in the relatively larger teams, there are sub-teams for applications, modules that are typically in the range of 8 to 12 people.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The business objectives and the operational processes are the same across the BUs.)
Type of Work: The OU consists of two types of projects – Factory Model projects and support services projects. The processes and process objectives are different for these two types of projects |
