Customer (Not Relevant: The OU”s customer is only the parent company, “ISUZU MOTORS LIMITED”. Then, the work among all projects in the OU is performed similarly.)
Size (Not Relevant: The OU has small size projects which have some people, and small-medium size projects which have around twenty people. There is no extreme variation. Then, the work among all projects in the OU is performed similarly.)
Organizational Structure: The OU has four departments. The projects in each department develop the automotive embedded software. The OU has only one set of organizational standard processes, “TM Standard”. Then, the work among all projects in the OU is performed similarly.
