Size (Not Relevant: Projects are of size that ranges from 5 to 48 persons and accounted for by Lifecycle Model, their complexities are manageable due to the processes are common.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: One division as depicted on an organization chart – This has no bearing on process execution.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Work is not performed differently based on the type of work and accounted for by Lifecycle Model. Type of work includes Software Maintenance work. Standard processes defined at organization level are implemented to execute the work.)
Lifecycle Model: Work is performed differently based on the lifecycle model i.e. Agile Lifecycle Model, Iterative and Incremental Lifecycle Model. Process areas affected are Project Management and Engineering process areas.Sampling Factor Values: Iterative and Incremental Lifecycle Model (Lifecycle Model): It does not mandate that a phase should be completed fully before the next phase begins, i.e. the activities of two phases can go on concurrently.
