Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: R&D center is at Ankara location and only this location is considered in appraisal so, location is not a differentiator and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied.) Customer (Not Relevant: OU is engaged in developing software products / applications for internal or for external organizations. Standard process is defined at organization level with minor tailoring is followed for each client. At present all projects are internal.) Size (Not Relevant: All projects are of typically similar staff size (9-11staff). There is no variation in the work performed in these projects due to project team size and hence all projects are required to follow same processes irrespective of project team size.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: R&D Center is considered OU and no other department or function engaged in software development so Org structure is not considered as Sampling Factor.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: At present Development projects are going on. So, Type of work is not considered as sampling factor.)
