Agile scrum methodology is implemented for application modernization and the scope is managed through planned releases. It helps Federal customers assemble various applications to form coherent mission solutions aimed at maximizing the reuse of application-neutral services that increases IT adaptability, efficiency, development productivity, deployment velocity and create significant cost savings.
