Size (Not Relevant: Regardless of the program or basic unit size, all their projects follows their own defined standard process called “System and Software Integration” (SSI).)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational Strcuture is clearly defined for all projects within the System Integration Area under Global Services Division, all following the same standard process (SSI).)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Same processes are used for software development regardless of the type of work. There is one defined process for all projects within the OU, the SSI Process)
