Size (Not Relevant: Size is not a relevant factor, because there isn”t any tailoring or life cycle distinction based on size and all projects use the same quality system independently of the size.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational structure is not a relevant factor, because all projects use the same quality system independly of the department or area of the organizational unit.)
Type of Work: The methodology is based on the type of work performed. According to that there are two type of project Research and Innovation and Client projects. |
