Location (Not Relevant: Location is not a relevant sampling factor. The basic infrastructure and process templates are established at the Montgomery, AL headquarters location and then distributed to the satellite office in Washington, D.C.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Customer is not a relevant sampling factor. There is no essential difference in the way active development work and sustainment activities are performed by UAR for their customer set. Any minor differences attributable to customer set can best be handled by the Type of Work discriminant.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size is not a relevant sampling factor. The size of the active development and sustainment contracts executed by UAR personnel is not a discriminant in the way that work is performed. The same basic infrastructure and process templates are followed independent of the size of the customer and/or the operative contract.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational Structure is not a relevant sampling factor. Up and Running is not administratively divided; work activities are apportioned among the four basic units according to their specific contracts.
