Location (Not Relevant: The work is performed in the sites of Rio de Janeiro/RJ and São Bernardo do Campo/SP in Brazil. Nevertheless, the work is executed following the same processes in both sites.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The work is executed following the same processes for all the customers. All the customers of the organizational unit are governmental identification organizations and traffic departments. Therefore, the customers’ needs are similar and there are no specific necessities to adapt the processes for different customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: The work is performed in the same way regardless the size of the project. All the projects of the organizational unit are of the same size. Specific process adaptations for projects with similar characteristics are considered in the standard process definition. Those adaptations are small, and the adapted processes do not differ much among the projects, for instance, the testing procedures are different for some projects, but the verification process is the same.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The appraisal scope considered only one organizational structure.)
