Subgroups:	CS US–Dev: This subgroup includes development projects executed under CS – US business unit. Projects are executed for Insurance domain using technologies and tools like Microsoft Dotnet, SQL Server, Oracle server, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Plan, VSS, MS-Office, and TFS. Development could happen at offshore or remotely accessing client’s IT infrastructure and development/production facilities. Delivery models include onsite/offshore/near shore. 164 People, 22 Basic Units – CS US – Dev CS US–Testing: This subgroup includes testing projects executed under CS – US business unit. Based on delivery models viz. onsite/offshore/near shore, and testing lifecycle model, projects categorized as Testing are being executed for Insurance domain using technologies and tools like Quality Center, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Plan, MS-Office, and TFS. Depending upon the project, this subgroup also handles the development of testing frameworks and conduct automation testing. 194 People, 13 Basic Units – Testing – CS US CS US–M&S: This subgroup includes maintenance & support projects executed under CS–US business unit. Projects categorized as Maintenance Type being executed for Insurance domain supporting client’s business applications adhering to the SLAs, using technologies and tools like Microsoft Dotnet, SQL Server, Oracle server, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Plan, VSS, and MS-Office, etc. and third party tools like JIRA for Maintenance Issues and Change Requests tracking. 52 People, 5 Basic Units – CS US – M&S CS APAC–M&S: This subgroup includes maintenance & support projects executed under CS–APAC business unit. Projects categorized as Maintenance Type being executed for Insurance domain supporting client’s business applications adhering to the SLAs, using technologies and tools like Microsoft Dotnet, SQL Server, Oracle server, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Plan, VSS, SVN, CVS, and MS-Office, etc. and third party tools like JIRA for Maintenance Issues and Change Requests tracking. 70 People, 6 Basic Units – M&S – CS APAC
