Size (Not Relevant: Size is immaterial while delivering a type of work. Standard processes are not differentiated based on size. Therefore the “Size” factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Work performed at different organizational units is not different. Uniformly, same set of standard process is utilized everywhere. Therefore the factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.)
Type of Work: Types of work performed have differences. Different Processes based on Life Cycles like Development, Enhancement & Testing. |
