Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Both the locations adopt the same quality management systems, Process and tools. Therefore the “location” factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.) Customer (Not Relevant: Same standard processes defined at organization level is utilized across different customers. No critical changes based on individual customers is applied. Therefore the “Customer” factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: Size is not considered to be a material factor while delivering a type of work in this OU. Standard processes are not differentiated based on size. Therefore the “Size” factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Work performed in different businesses in OU structure is not seen to be different. Uniformly, same set of standard process is utilized everywhere in the OU. Therefore the structure factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.) Type of Work: Types of work performed have some process implementation differences. Different processes based on Type of Work determined life cycles such as Development, Enhancement & Testing will be relevant to consider as sampling factor.
