Type of Work: two types of work have been defined in the organizational unit, Agile and Waterfall. The main focus is that project documents are different, so processes change to call these out. This includes requirements gathering and acceptance where for Agile these can be Excel sheets, whereas for Waterfall they would be MS-Word documents. Also different tools, e.g. to collect user stories, etc. |
