Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There are two main domains in the Product Development Centre of Winner Software namely • Educational • Ecommerce QMS processes are implemented across projects. So this factor is not impacting for the project selection. Following functions / activities are carried out at organizational Level. • SPEG – Software Engineering Process Group • SQA – Software Quality Assurance • Training)
Type of Work: Winner Software Pvt. Ltd. executes Development and Maintenance projects, which are executed using Waterfall development and Maintenance life cycles. Different sets of processes are followed for execution of both type projects. Hence “TYPE OF WORK” factor is considered for the project selection. |
