| Sampling Factor Values: |
Government (Customer): The customers of projects are local government departments. The process of government project will follow the standard process of Wuhan Fengpu.
Commerce company (Customer): The customers of projects are commerce organizations. Customer’s involvement is very high in the RD/REQM/PP/PMC/VAL, some process activities need to follow the additional requirements of customer, such as project status report, the template of software requirement specification. The process of RD, REQM, PP, PMC and VAL will be affected.
Big (Size): The project efforts are more than15 person-months. The big project will follow the standard process of Wuhan Fengpu.
Small (Size): The project efforts are less than 15 person-months. The cycle time of every iterative will be two weeks in small project. The processes of PMC, RD, TS, PI and VER might be tailored. |
