In the OU, no process is defined or tailored by project size.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All software projects are developed under Software Department.) Type of Work: There are two types of software development work executed under the OU: Development project, Enhancement & Maintenance Project. Requirement engineering and UAT process are executed differently.
Sampling Factor Values:	New Development (Type of Work): Development projects are developed based on customer”s original requirements. Enhancement (Type of Work): Enhancement & Maintenance projects are continuously enhanced based on customer”s feedback/enhancements and defects. .
