Location (Not Relevant: OU and all projects under this OU are located in a single location, thus it is not a potential sampling factor)
Customer (Not Relevant: Although this OU caters to different customers, the internal processes/SDLC does not undergo any change and he same set of QMS is used for all customers. Thus not a potential sampling factor)
Size (Not Relevant: Most of the projects are of similar sized team members and similar sized efforts, thus not a potential sampling factor)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: OU is located in a single location with a singular management structure, thus not a potential sampling factor)
Type of Work: Projects belong to two work types: Individual Information System and an Integrated Information System. Projects belonging to the Individual system incorporate individual customer requirement,SRS, integration testing and system testing for each core module. Projects belonging to the Integrated system use combined SRS, integration testing and system testing for all modules. This affects following PAs: REQM, RD, TS, PI, VER and VAL and further impacts PP, PMC, MA, RSKM and IPM |
