Location (Not Relevant: Location has no impact on process implementation because none of the processes are location-specific. Standard process methodology is followed.)
Customer: Two types of Customer: (1) External Customer (2) Internal Customer.
Size (Not Relevant: There is a provision of project tailoring from the standard methodology in case required. The appraisal sample projects were of similar size/nature and no significant tailoring which distinguishes one from the other was carried out in these projects. Standard stages were followed. Hence size was not taken as a relevant factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are under the same structure (Organizational Unit) called (Services Division). Within the projects, as well, the structure is similar containing program manager, project manager / project lead, team-members, etc.)
