Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Primarily Xian and Shan Xi Province China) Customer (Not Relevant: Jump’ projects are security applications. Project activities are no different for different customers.) Size (Not Relevant: All size projects follow the same standard process.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All the projects have the same basic and similar structure with project manager / project lead, team-members etc. Additionally they all share the same OSSP (processes) implementation with no substantial tailoring. Consequently organizational structure does not cause significant variations in the performance of processes.) Type of Work: : Jump’s projects are research development project and Function Enhanced Maintenance Projects. They primarily have different requirement process. The Research development project is more of a spiral requirement. Function enhanced maintenance project more often use the waterfall model.
