Sampling Factors:	Location: There are two types of location: Onsite Development, and In-house Development. Onsite development will cause different deliverable templates and different review and monitoring processes due to customer involvement in those activities. Customer (Not Relevant: Different customers do not cause major difference in process execution) Size (Not Relevant: There is no major process difference between different sizes of basic units.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Although each of the two department (Product Development Department and Test Department) has their own development projects, there is no major differences in processes execution.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: All basic units are development projects with same processes.)
