Customer (Not Relevant: There are two types of customers, one is lighting customer, the second one is transportation customer. Lighting customer is sampled as intelligent lighting development, transportation customer is sampled as intelligent transportation development in type of work, and processes are tailored depending on product type, not the customer, so the appraisal assumes customer is one sample factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are generally 4-5 team members, does not impact process.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are included in Research and Development Center.)
Type of Work: Projects are generally divided into intelligent lighting development and intelligent transportation development. |
