Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: [Not Relevant] Only one location exists for the Software Engineering Department so there is no impact on how the projects are developed. The sample covers 100% of the location.) Customer (Not Relevant: [Not Relevant] Applied Processes are same regardless of the type of customer external or internal so there is no impact process adoption.) Size (Not Relevant: [Not Relevant] The size of all projects on the average is similar of about nine staff so the size does not affect the processes. All type of project follows all the process areas.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: [Not Relevant] The Support level is provided at corporate level and standard processes along with tailoring options are provided so org structure does not impact the way work in performed.) Type of Work: [Relevant] Two types of work are performed. 1) Systems Integration Type (SysInteg) of work emphasizes on multiple systems, their requirements, integration strategy, integration testing, etc. 2) Interfaces Development Types (IntefDev) of projects consider technical solutions, risks, coordination, reviews, validation, etc. The different nature or type of work influence the utilization of process although all processes are applied to all type of work.
