Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All management and development activities are performed in one single location (Software Department in Langfang, Hebei, China) according to the organizational standard processes.) Customer (Not Relevant: Although OU provides system to several types of customers, works for all customers are performed consistently using organizational standard processes.) Size (Not Relevant: Standard processes are adaptable to all program sizes with little discernable difference in implementation. Consequently size does not cause significant variations in the performance of processes.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one organization structure with a common OSSP and quality system across all BUs in the organization regardless of the organizational structure.) Type of Work: There are 2 types of development works such as “System Software Development”, “Mobile APP Development”. Differences between these two types are application of engineering and project management processes.
