Customer (Not Relevant: Their customers are common in that they are all producing certain type of devices and the OU build software into the devices. Analysis showed that customer is not a factor to differentiate projects’ development processes.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are small or medium in size, which does not present impact on projects” development processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are in the same R&D center therefore has no impact to the development processes.)
Type of Work: Work is done differently based on project types. Three types of projects are identified: New Development Projects, Customizing Projects, and Maintenance Projects. |
