New Applications may be done to develop a new product or may be done to improve/ expand/ enlarge an already established product. Custom Development is primarily for product enhancement of some existing product capability based on change requests.
Sampling Factor Values:	New Applications (Type of Work): This type of work involves migrating their customers’ existing applications to market-leading Cloud platforms and or develops entirely new applications on Cloud technologies. It also includes identifying features for the new system creating intelligent solutions to meet their client”s evolving business demands. Custom Development (Type of Work): This type of work involves increasing the applications” functionality/ features based on formal requests by the existing customers. Custom Development accommodates that customer”s particular preferences and expectations.

This type of work involves the design and development of new program features for its existing products and new applications that are based on customer specifications and evolving business demands. 18 People, 5 Basic Units – New Applications Custom Development Group: This type of work involves increasing the applications” functionality/ features based on change requests by the existing customers.
