Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Project managers and other participants follow the same standard process and report to same senior management. The organizational structure does not drive a different process to be followed.)
Type of Work: OU primarily has 2 types of projects i.e. systems engineering projects (involving software, mechanical, electronics engineering) and only software engineering projects. Hence this was considered for sampling factor. |
