Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Processes followed do not depend on the location of the project, since all Projects follow the common OSSP) Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are Government customers. So, firstly there is no difference in the customer profiles and secondly, the processes used are independent of the type of customer) Size (Not Relevant: All projects are similar size and processes are independent of size anyways) Organizational Structure: The OU draws resources for its projects from both the organizations. Hence it would be useful to see if the processes followed vary acording to the organization that most resources are aligned to Type of Work: There are two types of work; Basic systems and Application systems development
