Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All work is done from Hangzhou office only. There is no other location for this OU) Customer (Not Relevant: Being a Product development OU, their only customer is the Marketing Department. The Marketing department funnels all the requirements to this OU. Hence this is not a sampling factor) Size (Not Relevant: The processes followed are independent of size. Whatever the size of the projects, the processes followed are those defined in the OSSP) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The processes followed are independent of the organization structure. Both the Development and Maintenance project managers in the Technical Centre as well as the Product center follow their respective processes defined in the OSSP) Type of Work: There are two types of work – SW Development and SW Maintenance. There would be differences, inter alia, in the life cycles followed as well as the Requirements Management process. Hence, this should be a sampling factor
