Customer (Not Relevant: After years of serving the government agencies, i.e the Department of Traffic, the company has developed a set of standard templates which are applied in all projects. Project process does not vary based on customers. So customer is not a sampling factor)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are of small size(around 10 people in a team). No process variance for different sizes observed.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are developed under Software Development Department and only one organization structure. So Organization Structure is not a relevant sampling factor.)
Type of Work: There are two types of work executed under the OU: Development projects, Enhancement & Maintenance Projects. E.g. process variance observed in RD and VAL. |
