Location: OU caters to software projects from primarily two locations: within Zhejiang and outside Zhejiang. There is a difference in the levels of planning and monitoring required from the project management team of this OU for each location, due to geographical reasons. Thus, there is impact on the following process areas: PP, PMC, MA, IPM along with DAR.
Customer (Not Relevant: All the existing customers under this OU are government entities and do not have any impact on the way of performing the work. Thus, same SDLC processes are used for all customers and there is no impact on any process area. Thus it is not a potential sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are comprised of similar sized team and efforts. Thus it is not a potential sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: OU comprises of a single management structure which is applicable for all projects under this OU, thus not a potential sampling factor)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Type of work in the OU is same throughout: software development projects. Thus it is not a potential sampling factor.) |
