Hangzhou (Location): The customers of projects are in Hangzhou. The project team will be in Hangzhou. The software deployment works will be conducted on customer site during pilot-run and delivery phase.
Remote cities (Location): The customers of projects are not in Hangzhou, such as Taizhou or Lishui. The project team will be in Hangzhou. And the software deployment works will be remotely conducted during pilot-run and delivery phase. The processes of RD, TS, PI and VAL might differ.
Large (Size): ( >100 person-months) –The projects are categorized as Large size. However, currently, OU has no active Large size projects.
Medium (Size): ( between 15 person-months and 100 person-months) –The projects are categorized as medium size. The processes of PMC, QA, RD, TS, PI and VER might be tailored.
