Location (Not Relevant: All management and development activities are conducted at one location in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Although OU provides systems to several types of customers such as public and private, works for all customers are performed consistently using organizational standard processes.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects within OU are small sized projects (All of sizes are less than 10 people). Consequently size does not cause significant variations in the performance of processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one organization structure with a common OSSP and quality system across all BUs in the organization regardless of the organizational structure.)
Type of Work: There are two types of Lifecycle models in software development process such as “Waterfall” and “Iterative” model. The major difference between these 2 types is the application of software development life cycle. |
