Customer (Not Relevant: All the customers for Research and Development Department (OU) are external customers belonging to the Government domain. Furthermore, all customers are related to similar requirements involving tax related data and information. Hence the customer type is not a differentiator with regards to process execution.)
Size: There are differences in the way processes are executed depending on whether the basic unit (Project) is Large, Medium or Small size. Type of Work: Research and Development Department executes two types of project work that leads to differences in the application of processes. The two types of project work involves: a) Greenfield Development b) Enhancement. The type of work leads to some differences in processes, particularly affecting RD, REQM, PP, PMC, RSKM, MA, VER, PI and IPM process areas. |
