Customer (Not Relevant: The company focusses on the automation of transportation domain. All projects are for transport domain. Thus, it is not a potential sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: All are small size projects (4-7 members) using the same life cycle and the QMS. Thus, it is not a potential sampling factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Simple structure, flat organization with less management layers. Thus, it is not a potential sampling factor.) Type of Work: There are two types of work: New Development and Upgrade. This impacts process areas like RD,REQM, TS, PI and project management areas like PP,PMC, IPM.
