Thus, geographical location is not a differentiator for Product R&D Center at ZheJiang Wishare Technology Co., Ltd. and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied by the OU.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the customers for Product R&D Center are internal customers within the Greentown Group. The software applications and solutions developed are all related to the community requirements that are supported by the Greentown Group. Hence the customer type is not a differentiator with regards to process execution.)
Size: There are differences in the way processes are executed depending on whether the basic unit (Project) is Large, Medium or Small size. Type of Work: Product R&D Center (OU) executes two types of project work that leads to differences in the application of processes. The two types of project work involves: a) Greenfield Development b) Enhancement. The type of work leads to some differences in processes, particularly affecting RD, REQM, PP, PMC, RSKM, MA, VER, PI and IPM process areas. |

Greenfield, Medium Size Projects: This subgroup involves projects related to development of new systems, software solutions and applications. The size of these projects is between 25 and 100 Man-Months.
