Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The OU has two offices in the cities of Taicang and Yongkang, province of Jiangsu, China. All projects work in the building of the Software Park in Taicang. The office in Yongkang is for the administration team, which is out of scope. This is not a relevant sampling factor.) Customer (Not Relevant: The customers are commercial organizations. The OU has defined a standard process to be executed uniformly across every project to ensure consistent results and quality. The customer is not relevant for the process usage.) Size (Not Relevant: Each project has usually 4 to 5 project members. The way processes are performed does not depend upon the number of project members. No effect on implementation.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The scope of the appraisal is the Technology Department. All teams belong to the same OU. All projects follow the same software life cycle.
